Seminar: "How to Embrace, Encourage and Implement Change in an Organization"

The Network will sponsor this seminar on Wednesday, May 7th from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Orchard Glen Retirement Community, 6055 Armor Rd., Orchard Park.

Targeted audience is middle management and line staff. Speaker will be Kristina M. Young, President of Kristina M. Young and Associates, management training and consulting firm which serves both the human services and proprietary sectors. Kristina has over 20 years' executive management, teaching and training experience. She is the co-author of a nationally best selling textbook on the health care delivery system that will be released in its 4th edition in 2003.

Participation in this seminar will help you gain increased understanding and skills in: (1) facing change with a positive attitude; (2) identifying the personal dynamics provoked by changing situations and circumstances; (3) recognizing and dealing constructively with their own and others' reactions and responses to change and (4) promoting participation and ownership of changes among coworkers and supervised staff. Kristina is President and owner of Kristina M. Young & Associates, a management training and consult-
ing firm which serves both the human services and proprietary sectors. She has over twenty years'
executive management, teaching and training experience. Kristina is a certified facilitator in leadership,
management, supervision and customer service and the co-author of a nationally best selling textbook on
the health care delivery system that will be released in its 4th edition in 2003. She has a Master of Science
degree from the SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and is a clinical assistant
professor in both the schools of medicine and law at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

As a result of participating in this seminar, participants will gain increased understanding and skills in:
