The
Niagara Lutheran Health System - A Reliable Resource for Senior
Living and Rehabilitation Needs

The
Niagara Lutheran Health System is a not-for-profit organization
dedicated to providing the highest quality health care and services
possible for people in WNY.
The GreenFields Continuing Care Community in Lancaster ensures that
residents receive priority access to various senior living options
available on its beautiful 52-acre campus. Spacious Residential
Apartment Homes and Assisted Living Apartments are available at
GreenField Manor and GreenField Court. In addition, the GreenField
Health and Rehabilitation Center has become renown for its Skilled
Nursing and Sub-acute/ Rehabilitation care as well as Respite Care,
Outpatient Therapy, Specialized Clinics for sports enthusiasts,
and Wellness Programs geared toward people of all ages. Rehab residents
receive special menu selections prepared by the chefs and our full-size
aquatic therapy pool and experienced highly-trained staff helps
them achieve their highest potential.
The
Niagara Lutheran Home and Rehabilitation Center in Buffalo offers
Skilled Nursing, Sub-acute, and Respite Care, along with Rehabilitation
Therapy provided by a staff dedicated to helping every individual
achieve his or her highest potential. The Lutheran Church Home of
Buffalo, which sits on the same block, has provided Assisted Living
Care for its residents since 1896.
With
skilled nursing, assisted living care, and rehabilitation services
provided on our shared block, the Niagara Lutheran Health System
is studying the feasibility of developing the first continuing care
community in the City of Buffalo, where residents would have access
to these various levels of care on a single campus. Plans are also
being considered for the addition of independent residential apartments
and other services on the site.
