Description: Weinberg Campus, a senior living organization providing a wide range of services, proudly presents the opening of its new movie theater! It has been named after Mitch Simon, a Weinberg Campus well known resident and ambassador for its organization who recently passed away. A Grand Opening celebration for the Weinberg Campus Mitch Simon Movie Theater will be held on Friday, March 12 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Weinberg Campus, 2700 North Forest Road in Amherst. The black tie optional event will include a ribbon cutting at 6:30 p.m. A cocktail reception with specialty appetizers and sweets in the Deli and lounge areas will be a highlight of the evening. Attendees will have an opportunity to walk through the theater while the premier showing of MGM’s That’s Entertainment! is being played throughout the evening.
