People Inc. is helping hundreds of seniors remain self sufficient, as we have for over 15 years with our safe, attractive, affordable apartments located in 17 locations in Western New York – Angola, Lackawanna, West Seneca, Hamburg, Buffalo, Blasdell, Cheektowaga, Grand Island, Clarence, Lockport, Amherst, Wheatfield, and Akron. (Small pets are allowed.)
Applications are currently being accepted and interviews are presently being conducted for our
apartments which have many extras that include:
- live-in building caretakers apartment for building emergencies
- on-site management and maintenance
- laundry facilities and community room
- emergency pull cords and response systems
- group transportation for grocery shopping and social activities
- expert staff/case management to connect tenants to benefits/entitlements,
and assist with medical paperwork
Financial help from HUD ensures that a senior (age 62 & above) won't pay more than 30% of their adjusted income which is based on the federally mandated income guideline for rent.

- Single with income under $22,300
- 2 people with income under $25,500
Genesee County
- Single with income under $21,450
- 2 people with income under $24,500

PEOPLE INC. SENIORS UNLIMITED DAY PROGRAM
People Inc. Seniors Unlimited currently has several openings in its dementia and memory loss social adult day care program. This program is covered by long term home health. At $40 per day for those that are not covered by long term home health care, it remains a very affordable respite alternative for caregivers looking to provide a safe, social and stimulating environment for their loved ones. Transportation for those living in Buffalo and breakfast and lunch are provided.
